Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Any unused and unaltered item purchased from our online store (with the exception of custom designs, custom sized or personalized products) may be returned for a full refund of the item's purchase price within 10 business days of the date of purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges). All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

STEP 1: Contact our customer service department to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 9zero brand, llc and its subsidiaries will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused.

STEP 2: When your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number by email. Follow the instructions in the email to ship your return via UPS, FedEx or USPS Parcel Post. (Remember to write your RMA number on the outside of the package!)

STEP 3: Your refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account when we receive the returned merchandise. (If your original order was paid via check or money order, we will send you a refund check.)

Please note that C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged Product:

If the unfortunate happens and your product is delivered or arrives and appears damaged, notify the delivery company and us immediately, take pictures of the damaged packaging and keep all packaging and contents for proof. The freight company may have come to pick up the damaged package from you.

Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. All returns must be made within 10 business days of purchase. Returns will NOT be accepted after 10 business days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receipt of product inspection will ensue and upon acceptance a refund or credit will be issued.

Custom or Special Order:

9zero brand, llc and its subsidiaries create and produce a variety of products according to data supplied by the customer. 9zero brand, llc and its subsidiaries are not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors made by the customer at any time during the order process.

All custom or special orders are non-refundable, not returnable or exchangeable. Custom or Special orders are defined as any product produced that is not part of the “standard” product line produced by 9zero brand, llc or any of its subsidiaries, their re-sellers or dealers.
